The Game Has Changed
While the availability and responsiveness of an on-site technician still remains an important factor in maintenance delivery today, server based technology, flattened and consolidated topology and IP/SIP connected adjuncts and end points have changed the game. Today’s maintenance delivery organizations also require a diverse set of product specific engineers to support issues that affect communications platforms and adjuncts.
At Arrow S3, we continue to develop a maintenance service strategy that provides best of both worlds to benefit our maintenance services contract customers. Our nationwide team of experienced internal and partner technicians stand ready when required to provide on-site support to assist in isolating and resolving issues and replacing parts. Our remote engineering team includes in house communications system engineers, data networking engineers and Contact Center application engineers available 24x7x365 to respond to and isolate the complex issue that affect our customer’s business communication needs of both their internal and external customers.
When evaluating maintenance services provider my recommendation is to look forward. Ensure the provider you are contracting with today is not only meeting you current maintenance requirement but is prepared to meet your future needs as well as your communications technology changes to meet the evolving marketplace.
